1. About this policy
This policy describes how Kocok Bagan (package id.ronrongames.kocok_bagan), developed by RONRON APPS, handles information. It covers the current Android test build, version 1.1.2. Test advertising is enabled and real PRO purchases are not active in this build.
2. Tournament data on your device
Tournament names, participant and team names, scores, match results, settings, and selected photos or logos are stored locally in the app database. They are used to manage tournaments, create draws, calculate results, and produce exports. Core tournament features do not require an account or a publisher cloud database. The app does not send participant names or tournament content to advertising services.
3. Imports, exports, and sharing
The app reads participant files and images that you choose through file selection. PDF, PNG, and JSON backup files can contain tournament and participant information. When you export, print, or share a file, its destination is chosen by you. Apps and services receiving that file have their own privacy practices. Only enter or share participant information you are authorized to use.
4. Advertising and third-party services
Kocok Bagan includes Google Mobile Ads and Google consent tools. When these services connect to the internet, they may process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. This can occur even though tournament features work offline. The current build uses Google test ads. Google handles SDK data under its own policies. Where required and available, ad privacy options appear in the app settings.

5. Purchases
Real payments are disabled in the current test build. PRO is a simulation. If real purchases are introduced in a later release, this policy will be updated to explain the active payment and verification process before that release.
6. Retention and deletion
Local tournament data remains on your device until you delete it or clear the app storage. Uninstalling normally removes app-local data, but exported files and copies saved or shared outside the app remain until you delete them separately. Device or operating-system backups may also retain copies. Back up anything you want to keep before clearing app storage. RONRON APPS cannot remotely delete data held only on your device or copies held by another service.
7. Support requests and your choices
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to investigate and respond to your request and retain them while needed for follow-up or applicable obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us by contacting [email protected]. We will review requests according to applicable requirements. For data processed by Google or another provider, use that provider’s privacy controls or contact channels.
8. Security and children’s information
Protect access to your device and exported backups. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Tournament organizers should avoid unnecessary personal information and ensure they have appropriate authorization when entering information about minors. If you believe a child’s information was sent to us inappropriately, contact support so we can review and address it.
