01. Who we are

RONRON APPS develops RonSpin: Spin The Wheel, an Android tool for random choices, drawings, and group assignments. This policy describes version 1.2.0 of the app and the information involved in its use. Our website is ronronapps.com. Our privacy contact is [email protected].

The app does not require registration and does not provide a user account, public community, cloud sync, or an app-operated backend. Core wheel features work offline. Advertising, external websites, and sending support email require a network connection.

English is the primary and fallback language. Bahasa Indonesia is also included. The in-app Automatic (System) option follows the device language and falls back to English for other languages. Changing the display language does not send language preferences to RONRON APPS.

02. Information on your device

The app stores wheel titles, option labels (including any names you enter), weights, colors, tags, favorites, selected wheels, session exclusions, spin counts, timestamps, results, and display preferences in its private Android storage. It also keeps your selected age category, ad-consent state, and the expiry of any rewarded focus session.

We do not receive this local wheel content through an app server. The app does not add participant names, wheel titles, or spin results to advertising requests. Please avoid entering sensitive information when it is not needed.

When you choose to create a result card, a temporary image is generated in the app cache. This is separate from the saved wheel database.

03. Advertising and consent

RonSpin integrates Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Eligible users may see banners on library screens, occasional interstitials at natural screen transitions, and optional rewarded videos. Completing a rewarded video pauses banners and interstitials for 30 minutes; it is not a cash reward or purchase.

Google's advertising services may process your IP address (including an approximate location inferred from it), advertising or other device identifiers, app/ad interactions, and diagnostic information. Google uses such information for ad delivery and measurement, service operation, and fraud prevention. Advertising data is transmitted to Google and potentially its advertising partners under their applicable terms and privacy practices.

The app requests consent information before requesting ads and displays a Google consent form when required and available. Advertising requests are permitted only when Google's consent status allows them. An unavailable form or network connection may prevent ads without preventing wheel use. Consent does not necessarily mean personalized ads: available ad types depend on your choices, region, device, and Google's configuration.

Where required, you can reopen the consent interface through Menu → Pilihan privasi iklan. Android settings also provide advertising-ID controls. Google may store consent choices and related technical information. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and Google advertising information.

04. Backups, exports, and sharing

You can export a JSON backup containing your wheels, history, and app display settings, or export results as CSV. Importing a backup reads the file you select and, after confirmation, replaces the relevant local data. Advertising consent and age preferences are not imported from wheel backups.

Android's file picker lets you choose the storage destination, which may be local storage or a cloud provider you use. When you share a list, result, or image card, Android sends the selected content to the app or recipient you choose. Those destinations are governed by their own privacy policies. The app does not automatically publish exports or results.

05. Information you send to support

If you email us, we receive the email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request, investigate problems, and maintain relevant support records. Please do not send passwords or unrelated personal information. Our email provider processes messages as part of delivering the service.

06. App permissions

• Internet and network state: used for advertising and consent services.
• Advertising ID: the Google advertising SDK may access this identifier where available and permitted.
• Selected files: imports and exports use Android's system file picker. The app does not request unrestricted access to your photo library or all files.
• Image sharing: a temporary read grant is provided to the app you choose when sharing a result card.

The app does not request contacts, microphone, camera, precise GPS location, phone-call, or SMS access.

07. Retention and deletion

Local wheels and history remain until you remove them, replace them through an import, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Use Menu → Hapus semua data lokal to reset local collections, history and preferences to starter defaults. Individual wheels and all spin history can also be removed separately.

Previously exported files, shared images, copies received by others, and files stored with another service are not removed by deleting app data. Delete those copies at their chosen destination. Google and other services retain their data according to their own policies and obligations. Resetting this app cannot delete information already processed by those services.

We keep support correspondence only as needed to address the request and related operational or legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion of information you sent directly to us.

08. Age selection

The app asks for an age category, not a birth date. In this version, advertising and UMP requests are not started when the selected category is under 18 or when the user declines to state their age. All core wheel features remain available. For users who select 18 or older, ads follow the consent process described above.

You can update this selection from the app menu. Disabling ads stops future ad requests; it does not undo prior processing. We do not intentionally ask children to send personal information to us. A parent or guardian can contact us about information a child may have sent directly to support.

09. Security and international processing

Local app records use Android app-private storage and atomic file writes. This is not a promise of end-to-end encryption or guaranteed protection against an unlocked or compromised device. Exported files are ordinary files; keep backups in a location you trust.

Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Third-party providers may process data in countries other than your own, under their applicable safeguards and policies. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, obtain a copy of data, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant authority. Local wheel information can be reviewed, edited, exported, and deleted within the app. We cannot access that device-only database remotely.

For information you provided directly to RONRON APPS, email us with enough detail to identify the request. We may need to verify it before responding. For information held by Google or a service you selected for sharing, use that provider's privacy tools or contact channels.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when app features, service providers, or information practices change. The effective date on this page will be updated. Material changes may also be communicated within the app or its store listing.
